Hey folks — when you suddenly need to hire a bunch of people, what’s your move? A couple of months ago we had to double our customer support team after a product update went viral. We cobbled something together using spreadsheets and job boards, but man, it was chaos. Wondering what others use when time is tight and the hiring load is heavy?

Hey, that sounds familiar! A while back, we had to bring on 10+ QA testers for a rollout in under two weeks. We started with our usual tools (LinkedIn, job boards), but the volume got overwhelming really fast, and we didn’t have time to vet everyone properly.

I ended up switching to a staff augmentation service — made a huge difference. If you’re still exploring options, read here about agileengine. They helped us scale quickly without compromising on quality. The setup was painless, and their team really understood what we were looking for.

Interesting thread! I’m not in hiring myself, but I work closely with our ops manager and it’s wild how much pressure there is during sudden growth phases. One moment the team’s fine, the next you're scrambling to add 15 new faces without losing momentum. I think a lot of companies underestimate how complex bulk hiring can be — it's not just about numbers but making sure onboarding, culture fit, and timelines all align. Watching this topic just to pick up some tips in case I ever switch roles!
