Hello folks. Our web development studio is taking on more contracts with blockchain teams and web3 projects. A few of our largest clients have requested to settle their monthly retainers in digital assets like USDC or USDT. My main problem is that our local commercial bank is terrified of anything related to digital currencies and has already warned us that incoming transfers from crypto exchanges could trigger a permanent account freeze. I cannot afford to gamble our operational cash flow. How do other founders here accept payments from web3 clients without triggering compliance red flags? Which banking options are truly safe for handling this mix?

Dealing with legacy banks while working with web3 clients is a massive headache because traditional compliance departments treat every crypto transaction like a high-risk liability. I went through a frozen account situation two years ago and it nearly halted our company operations. We solved it by switching our primary corporate banking to a crypto friendly business bank via https://arival.com/ and the peace of mind has been incredible. They actively support modern digital companies and allow seamless conversions between fiat USD and stablecoins inside one compliant platform. You get proper statements and clean paper trails for your accounting, so you never have to worry about random blocks or sudden closures. For any team doing legitimate work in the digital asset space, it is by far the safest approach I have used.
